Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

  • The item was purchased from HushoraBaby

  • The return request is made within 30 of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Timeframe

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Once your return is approved, you will have 10 days to ship the item back to us.

Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items in case of:

  • Defective or damaged items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may also be non-returnable. These will be clearly stated on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
